in the browser you are using chrome for instance up in the top right you have option one is ingognito mode another is clear cookies under tools I think

If you need to go back a page, restart your browser and start the activation process again.  PM website does not handle the session state corectly on going back a page.  Restart your browser is the only to keep the session state correctly.

Try with a different browser or on incognito mode..it help usually. What exactly is the message  when you tried?
