Hi there,
I'll be travelling outside of Canada and planning to get a eSim from an another company to use it outside of Canada for a few weeks. I already have an eSim with Public Mobile, so my questions is, can I use another eSim while keeping the eSim with Public Mobile active. Meaning when I'm outside Canada, I want to use the other eSim from another company and when I return to Canada a few weeks later start using my Public Mobile eSim again. I don't want to close the account or have issues changing the eSims. Thanks My phone only supports one eSim

Hi
Thank you for your reply and help. Do I need to delete the sim, I thought I could just change the eSIM from PM to the new one. Is that possible?
Thanks

good thing for eSIM is that the phone allows multiple of it install on the phone and it lets you to enable one or two eSIM depends on the model
When you travel, you just need to install the travel eSIM , enable it and disable the PM eSIM. But remember, do not delete Public Mobile eSIM, just disable it
but when you are back in Canada, best to delete the travel eSIM, enable the Pubic Mobile eSIM, also check the VPN screen and delete any VPN profile created by the travel eSIM, then click Reset Network Settings once

Hey @ShashankKumar
EDIT: Sorry, I do see you mentioned your phone only takes 1 eSIM. So you can actually delete the PM eSIM if you wish to and then download the other eSIM. You just need to download a new one from the app when you return. As mentioned before, there is no charge for replacements. Just make sure before you leave that you have the ability to log into your account via the app. It's the best way to get a eSIM replacement.
