I bought a phone for the past 2 months now I didn't receive it I've sent several emails but there is no reply I spoke to UPS they said I should talk to public mobile and I don't know how to contact them can you please help me

for cell phone purchase, you have to use direct message and include them the order number (do not try to use Chatbot to open ticket, it is still not working)

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
