Regarding service activation

Hello i just signed up. And it charged me twice. Secondly during subscription it said something went wrong in activation, and whenever iam trying to chat it says agent not available and the app keeps getting stuck at blank screen , i need help how do i contact public mobile

@Omarmahfooz  try submitting a request to this link.

Right now it's an authorization not an actual charge. Charges takes around 4-5 days to post to credit card. So nothing yhey can do about it until posted.
