@amanpdeepKaur  Did you activate online? Your self serve account is already set up. You just need to enter the code you were sent rather than creating a new account.

You are trying to create an account in self service? Double check the phone number.

Did you already create the self service account?  If so can you log in with your email and password?

Just follow previous suggestions for changing to different plan at anytime...make sure to opt for Change at next renewal, for reasons already covered.

@amanpdeepKaur  You can switch plans whenever you want because Public has no restrictions when it come to changing plan. Just access your selfserve and select the change plan option. Make sure you always select the plan change to occur on the next plan renewal so that you don't lose the funds that you have already paid for your current plan.

Best is to opt for Change at next renewal...otherwise you'll lose whatever talk/text/data balance you currently have and you'll be paying for new plan right away.

Assuming no autopay then 25 * 1.14975 = 28.74

Edit: after @darlicious below...right yes...assuming you pick up a Quebec area code phone number.

When I hit it, it just gives me another view of your image.:)

Nicely done.

If you want to see taxes. Go into payments.

Using your autopay set up for credit card etc.

Select your payment type.

Enter an amount.

Then hit your enter key.

DO NOT hit the Submit Key

You will then see your taxes due and be able to print a receipt if you like.

@amanpdeepKaur  If you activate your account and sign up for Auto Pay it will be $23 + tax.

The tax depends on what province your are in determined by the number you chose.

Also, if you pay with a voucher your taxes will be included when you pay at the till and not be taxed again when your payment comes out on your payment date.

5% GST and whatever provincial taxes apply.

Edit: another fine point detail...the provincial tax comes from the province of whatever area code you choose. If you're transferring/porting in then that area code. Area codes are locked to provinces.
