Regarding Add-Ons purchased

Hello all,

I have paid for 15$ for Data Add-Ons for In Canada-1GB. But The service isn’t working. I don’t know what to do. Can anyone help me giving the solution please? I also don’t know how to contact customer service agent on call!

@Hushnakariya    Did you take the second step of purchasing the add-on after adding the required funds to your account?  Otherwise go back and buy the add-on now and reboot the phone.

 

If you see the add-on under My Data/Add-ons on the overview page, then try rebooting the phone first.
