Hi, since I'm not in Canada currently, I didn't top up my plan for two months, and now my plan is expired. If I don't top up my plan by 2nd August my account will be deactivated. I will be back to Canada in September. My question is: if I top up my plan (by paying the monthly payment) on 2nd August, will the next topping up date be 2nd September or will I have to pay for the entire period my plan was expired? Thanks!

no you don't have to pay for the entire period your plan was expired
once your existing plan expires
you have to active your services within the next 90 days by topping up with the required monthly plan amount
and then you are good for another 120 days with 1 month of active services and next 3 months for keeping your account without topping up your account

When suspended, the day you renew becomes the new 30 day. There's no back-paying here. It's suggested to pay a couple days before that end date. Like July 30th or something just in case something doesn't work. Then 30 days after that it will suspend again if payment is not taken. Then you have another 90 days.

@yodnokzo hi no just renew before the 90 days once and you will be fine until early nov

Just to make sure I understand correctly: now it shows that my plan expired on 4th May. If I renew on, say, 2nd August, will it show that my next payment is 2nd September or that my plan expired on 4th June and then I would have to renew a few more times to get it working again? Thanks!

@yodnokzo hi you have 90 days once suspended so renew before the 90 days on the cheapest 15 dollar plan then you will have another 120 days 😀
