I activated new SIM card on Mar.01,2024 after I received it on Feb.28,24. I paid for first month by credit card and payment went through. Now the system is showing start of subscription cycle start on Jan.31,2024 and asking for payment again.
Though it has registered payment card on file. The payment I made should be fro Mar.01,2024 to Mar.31,2024.
I need help to resolve this issue

please submit a ticket with CS Agent here using Chatbot. Click on the bubble and start by typing "Submit ticket", Choose "Contact Us" and then "Other". If any issue with ticket submission, you can then submit by direct message:

Payments are made in 30 day cycles. Not by the month. I think the "start cycle" is just a typo. But it shouldn't be asking for another payment closer till March 30th. Is your phone working though? You can text, make and accept calls? Use data? If so, ignore the message and keep on keeping on.
