Advice would be to choose which limited-time-offer plan best suits your needs (i.e. the ones with Canada-wide calling i presume), and if you're wanting to change to that plan, schedule it ASAP under the Change Plan option in self-serve to occur on your next renewal.
Once the scheduled change plan is put into place, Public Mobile will honor it on your next renewal, EVEN IF the limited-time-offers are withdrawn between now and that time.
If you change your mind in the interim, you can cancel the upcoming plan change before the next renewal and you will remain on the plan you're currently on.

You can change your plan either immediately or next renewal date. It is recommended to change on next renewal so you don't lose any unused minutes/texts or data.

You have two options when you change plans:
1. Immediate plan change
Your plan will be changed immediately. Your account will be charged. Public mobile does not pro-rate plans. You will lose whatever is remaining in original plan.
2. At next renewal.
Your plan will change at next renewal date.
Most people will choose at next renewal, unless they need features of the new plan immediately (ie. more data, etc.).
