Hi, I want to change my plan to a cheaper one, but when I go to change my plan, all the options are more expensive, although there are more affordable plans on the website.

t’s harder to downgrade plans these days since the old legacy rewards have been removed and everyone moved to the new points system. So you just have to look in your account to switch to the plans that are available to you to switch to despite what we see on the website. Just remember when changing plans to use the change on renewal option and not immediately or you lose money on your current cycle . PM is pre paid and no refunds / pro rating for unused time
by end this week or start of next week , I suspect we will see more attractive plans for existing customers like us with Black Friday sales fast approaching
only other way around it if you don’t want to wait for black Friday sales is to port number out and back in on newly created PM account with new sim and new email . But you will lose any points you have so far earned and friend refferals you have with this route
