Hello, I need refund on my account as I have balance of $30. Please reverse the amount

sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account, if you found at Available Funds: $$ has the amount left, leave it for next bill cycle the will take it from there automatically,

or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent ,and Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice service Team the will help you 100%.

If your card was charged twice by mistake then you can open a ticket with support agents and they ll help you.

If you urself loaded it and it is on your account, leave it there to be used for future renewals.

 

No refund on PM prepaid service.

PM is prepaid provider.  You could leave the balance in your account to cover your next payment.

HI @raghav13   PM is prepaid service and does not offer refund.  did you load their money there by accident?  If you see it on Available Fund, no worry,  it will be used towards next renewal.

@raghav13   Any over payment in the account can be left and used to pay the next renewal cycle or to purchase an add-on if necessary.  Plus any refunds can take more than a couple of weeks to happen, so might be better to leave those funds there.
