My SIM card never arrived in the mail. I want my money back, but the chat bot keeps sending me through the same loop of click "contact us" and then, "please log in". After logging in, it's the same loop again and again and again. I just want to talk to a human being! Please help!

You can buy a physical sim from koodo/telus store or mobile klinic and then message cs agent and they will refund your the money.

Has it been more than 10 business days?  This website states up to 10 business days to arrive.  Via Canada post with no tracking.  

If it has been more than 10 business days, you can contact customer service via private message.

Here is how to create a ticket. Don't give up just yet. You can also purchase a SIM card from Amazon

no traditional Call Center support with PM. It could take 3 weeks or so for the sim to arrive via Canada Post. Consider buying one on Amazon.
