Transferred cellphone number

Hi,

I already have a cellphone and number and when I transferred another cellphone number it looks like it deleted my current number and replaced it with the transferred one!  All I wanted to do is add another cellphone to my account. Not to replace my existing one.

What can I do to 1)Get my old phone number reinstated; and 2) add the other phone to my account?

Yes, it looks like you ported another phone number to your original number.

With PM, you can't have two phone numbers on one account. You will need to have a separate account/email address login for each phone number.  

You will need to contact customer service agent to help.  Hopefully, they can help.  Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner website and follow prompts to submit a ticket.  Or you can use the following link:
