How do I get a refund for a SIM card I bought (a Public Mobile SIM card) at a Telus store. I can't use it as I had to order another SIM card when I signed up for a Public Mobile plan

@Frank24 You can either transfer your number during activation of your Public Mobile account, or you can take another offered number to get everything working and then go back into your account and request the transfer when you're ready. When transferring your old number, enter the previous provider's account number rather than the IMEI when you get to that point.

How do I keep my phone number when switching to Public Mobile?

It is normally no refund on PM but if you haven’t activated the SIM you got from the Telus store…why don’t you go back to the Telus store and see if they will give you a refund.

@Frank24 When you have sent the private message explaining your problem to customer service using the link others have provided, keep checking your community inbox for a reply. If there is an envelope icon top right of this page it will indicate when there is a reply. If there is no envelope icon you will need to tap your avatar to the right of the bell icon to see Messages.

HI @Frank24
the link I sent you is not a chatbot link, please try again. it is a direct message to support agent's link

this is the page you should see just type message and tap send message and they will reply back to you

That link did not help. Thanks for trying. How do I get a hold of an agent? Been trying to chat with an agent for 2 days now!!

Thank you for responding. The link only sends me to an unhelpful page. I have been trying to chat with an agent for 2 days now and there seems to NEVER be an agent available. What do I do?
Is this how this Public Mobile works? Hard to get a hold of HELP when help is inevitably needed?
