Refund

Roger10

While roaming in Phoenix I was able to use my phone everywhere except in my Gilbert home.  Even outside my door I could get service.  I called Public, upgraded my Public service on Public's advice, called T-Mobile but unable to resolve.  I think I am due a refund on the amount I paid for roaming I did not receive.  Thanks Roger Ludwick

My assumption was they forced a VoLTE update, but I am just speculating.

It sounds like they erroneously suggested to get a 4G plan. Can you tell if your phone has been enabled for volte? What worked? Did you get one of the bundles or just data?

Service is never guaranteed in all areas. Your service was working, so I don't think you're entitled to a refund. That said, you can try your luck.

@Roger10

so you were successful at using the roaming add-on in alot of places...just not at your home in Gilbert ?

You can ask, but don't be disappointed if your request for credit is rejected.

@Roger10   so, you did get some service but not everywhere?
