Hi,
I left Canada last month but I've been charged this month even though I'm not in country. Please refund my money and cancel subscription.

@walker1 I’ll try😂..Pm has no psychic ability at the moment.. they don’t know where you are.. if your signed up for service.. you pay for service..😂

PM will not refund you any money because you left country and did not cancel account by yourself.
You have to log in and remove autopay and in 90 days your account will be deleted.

Sorry PM is a prepaid service and it is up to you to disable AutoPay.
PM doesn’t know who is going on holiday out of Canada.

HI @Amina09 sorry, you need to take care of the account yourself and PM won't refund you the money for that
At this time, please login to My Account, go to Payment page, click manage my plan and then disable Pre-Authorized payments so it won't keep charging you

@Amina09 hi that is up to you to cancel or suspend your plan,go into your self serve account and disable your payment method

Sorry there's no refunds here at PM, since it's a prepaid phone service.
PM has no way of knowing you left the country.
To cancell your subscription, just remove autopay from your account and the plan won't renew again. Your account will permanently close after 90 days of non payment. That's it ☺️
