accidentally over paid to my account $110 how can I get that money refunded to me?

If you see those funds on your PM account, just leave them there as they will be used for next renewal(s). Thus you can avoid potential autopay failure.
You can ask for refund from the agent but most likely it will take same amount of time to get it as to get to next renewal.

What plan do you have? if 35+ it would prob be best to leave in and not go through the hassle and jump through hoops for a refund. Essentially this would cover your next 2 or more renewals and your card wouldn't be charged again for awhile

If you can afford it...just leave it in Available Funds to pay future renewals.
Otherwise it takes several weeks to process any refunds.

@jessvardy11 PM is a prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund. If you see the $110 sitting as Available Fund in My Account, they are safe and can be used for future renewals.
however, since it is not a small amount, maybe PM Support will agree to help, open a ticket with them and see what they say
