sorry, no partial refund.  PM is prepaid and do not provide refund for unused portion of the cycle.   If you are porting out, wait till closer to the end of the cycle to port out

but PM support usually a quick to reply.   The issue you had was likely because the unusual high ticket volumes and they missed
