How can my last month finish the second of February and this month start on the same day the 2 nd of February I know this because my data did not start back at zero if you can’t fix your issues I will no longer remain as a client please advise asap 

do I get a refund for any unused part of my month I need an answer please it took over a month the last time I asked a question to be answered

i have no idea how my data went from 1.74 gb on friday to over 6gb when i did not use my phone for any data use i have internet at home
