Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
CS_Agent will reply to your community inbox, check here:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage
But maybe check if you can enable the esim and make it works
first, do you see the esim on the phone's sim manager or Settings->Cellular? enable it or toggle on turn on this line
also, remove old sim card or disable old esim from your previous provider. Then Reboot phone first, and and click Reset network settings

Hey Peter,
Don't worry, you can reach out to a CS Agent and order a physical SIM card.
Please use this link to the Public Mobile Chat Bot which will direct you to creating a trackable ticket.
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html?lang=en
A Customer Service Agent will reply to your community inbox here:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage
During business hours (9 AM-10 PM EST) you can expect a response within 30 minutes, but it may be longer depending on current volumes.
However, if you want one faster, here's how. You just need to reach out to a CS Agent to change the SIM card number.
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.
Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99
