Credit ok but not refund. but you bought wrong add-on or what happened ?
TO ask for credit back, ask PM by ticket
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Why can't you transfer your number? Is it not possible or some kind of error? If you need help or to ask for a refund you can contact support.
To contact support you can submit a ticket through the chatbot by pressing the chat bubble in the bottom corner and typing in "submit a ticket" and selecting "Contact Us".
