I want a refund on a plan that was never activated by public mobile. I don't want to deal with public mobile anymore.

as you've already paid, why not test drive Public Mobile for 30 days anyhow. Let us know what the problems are and we can help you get going.

@Andrew1977 - unfortunately refunds are generally not issued for the prepaid service, but you can always ask a CS_Agent via private message. Its definitely worth asking and depending on your situation, it may be offered. link below:
