esim not compatible unable to active looking for refund of $26. When I try to log in to open a ticket and enter in the code emailed to me I get an error message.

Just want a refund will not buy new SIM as lack of support is worrisome.

@CS5, if you're looking to get a physical SIM now I would recommend either getting one from Amazon (with a Prime account it will ship free and within a day or 2) or you can pick one up at a local TELUS/Koodo or Mobile Klinik store for $10. The other option is to have Public Mobile mail one to you but that can take up to 3 weeks to arrive depending on your location.

Hey there, sorry to hear your device was not esim compatible. You can try to ask public mobile for a refund but it will be up to them if they want to fulfill it as they dont normally do refunds. You can message a PM Customer service agent here:
