HI @BilltyLam
purpose for prepaid is not to cut down the cost because PM is self-server. Both Koodo and Telus has prepaid plans and they are not self-server
Purpose for prepaid for those who might not pass credit check (maybe new immigrants) or for those who does not like surprise billing, so they can pay before they use any service

A monthly subscription does not mean that it is not Prepaid. You need to understand the public self-service (without real people to directly talk with you) so they need to protect themself (Pay first), so they can cut down the cost.

you have used "Change Now" option when you make the plan change? If you did, that is normal behavior, as it allows PM to charge you on that day and start the new cycle. Sorry, the unused days on the old plan/cycle will be forfeited, no partial refund

Prepaid? I pay monthly so this month I was charged 17$ plus 44$ plus 5$ so I’ve lost over 20$ cause I did not have enough money to pay the full subscription at the date of payment…. I needed to reduced my plan temporarily so I waisted money by changing back to my original subscription?
that is not good business would u pay a bill twice because you did not have enough to pay the amount requested I need my phone connected at all time cause I’m looking for a job currently
the company is not able to give my points towards the rewards program to compensate?

@Liettegd No sorry PM is pre paid and no refunds . When charging plan it’s advised to change plan for next renewal and not immediately so you don’t lose money in your current cycle
Change plan in 3 easy clicks
Once you find plan you want be sure to (change on renewal )So you don’t lose money on current cycle
