Just saw the new Canada/US monthly plan for $34 per month. I am currently on the Canada/US 90 day plan for $180. I'd like to change to the new deal but my current plan has just renewed on March 1st. If I change my plan today, will I get a refund from my other plan??

@Igiveup I think your plan should be renewing on March 5th. If you think you lost days and especially if you have evidence (I always take screenshots) then contact customer service and ask them to look into it. Contact customer support via the chatbot/ticket system, that's via the chat message icon bottom right. It should be working now but if not then send a private message using this link

Is it because some months are 31 days? I haven't actually done the math for my 90 day plan to see if it's actually 90 days. You have me curious.

Hi Mandy, I agree. Great plans but the hardest telco to deal with. My plan initially began on Dec 6/23 so I assumed it would not renew until March 6th. Now I find out they renewed my plan on March 1st, so I got screwed out of 4 days on my 90 day plan.

This is the same thing that I did, recently switched to the 90 day plan, fortunately you can schedule up the new plan for when you renew so you don't miss out on the deal or lose the money you just spent on your new plan.
With two awesome plans coming coming out so close I wonder if I won't want to switch again before my 90 days is even up lol

Sorry, but there wouldn't be a refund if you did an immediate plan change. You'd end up losing everything you paid for the 90 day plan. To avoid that, please pre-scheduled a change to the new plan that you want.
