Hi,

I subscribed public mobile's plan on my computer on Nov 20. An error happened after I paid the bill. How can I require refund from public mobile?

what error happened? did they charge you twice? or you just want to opt out the initial activation?

PM is a prepaid provider and do not provide refund unlesss it was charged by mistakes. ,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

You can’t activate/subscribe to a plan on your computer online. It MUST be done on the PM app so you were never charged!
