I tried to activate e-sim on mobile, but it didn't work. Screen showed that I need to contact customer care for refund. Can you please process the refund

If and each of us complain at CRTC they will improve otherwise the big 3 will give and they want

I've tried online chat and the community moderator nobody helped me my credit card was charged I paid for a service that I never get. 

The only option we have is open complains at CRTC

I'm Canada and through CRTC standards pre or pos paid no service given is no service given

hi @rdgo message them again and give them another day, the weekend has been very busy for all carriers for BF deals

HI @rdgo this is not really a CRTC complain.  Afterall, PM is prepaid service

Submit ticket with CS agent and the will work with you on a solution

If your eSIM is not compatible with your device, check here https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/pick-up-SIM for locations near you to purchase a physical SIM. After you set up your new SIM, you can submit your receipt for a refund by reaching out to our Customer Support Team.
