Hi,
I have accidentally purchased the add on for US roam talk and text 15 days. Please cancel that and issue me a refund of $15.

Contact CSA as described. Public mobile is prepaid and in general, do not offer refunds.
However, CSA will often offer you credit to your available funds. That can be used for next payment cycle. Rarely offer refunds back to the credit card itself. That takes several weeks to process and by that time, your next payment is due.
