Hi, I purchased a subscription and requested an E SIM unfortunately my phone is too old and incompatible so I’m trying to contact someone to request a refund. I purchased this yesterday.

I would have to agree with your choice to stay with your current mobile service provider.

If this is all it takes to frustrate you into coming here, I would have to say this place likely isn’t for you.  And that’s OK – this place is certainly not designed for everyone

Not saying this to be mean or unwelcoming, just saying it like it is to save you a little bit of grief down the road for a service that is mostly self-serve and self-directed.

You can contact customer service agent as directly earlier.  However, in general, there are no refunds.

If you decide to stay with Public mobile, you can purchase physical SIM card and submit receipt for reimbursement of the cost of the SIM card (usually $10).

No, I would like a refund and will stay with my current provider.

No, I am so done and frustrated. I have been trying to contact someone all of last night and again this morning. Given the service I give up and will stay with my current provider

Common mistake with user not knowing if their phone is eSIM compatible…just because the eSIM is free! 🤦‍♂️

Just purchase a SIM and login to your account and Change SIM Card Number and be done with it.

HI @Clarence-63

just go and buy a new physical sim card from Telus or Koodo store or Amazon.ca

when you have the sim card,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here and ask them to update the sim number for you:
