Refund request

•  I accidentally bought a 1GB add on thinking it was the USA data add on. It was just for Canada. Is there a way to get a refund? The data is unused.

PM is prepaid and usually do not provide refund

But for issues like this, we saw them able to help.  So,   please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
