My credit card was charged November 27, 2023 to prepay for November 29 to December 28, 2023. I, however, changed my provider to Koodo December 01, 2023.
I have been unable to access my Public Mobile online account and have been unable to know when and how the prepaid amount from December 01 to 28, 2023 will be refunded.

Please note that public mobile is prepaid services that do not issue refunds. You pay ahead of usage and if you cancel you lose the amount left over effective the day of the cancelation. In this case you should have cancelled closer to the end of the renwal period a day or 2 prior.
That being said, message them at the below to inquire, doesn't hurt to ask.

@Kdip sorry, PM is prepaid provider and do not provide partial refund when people port out and close the account before end of cycle.
But you are lucky as you ported into Koodo. Since both Koodo and PM are owned by Telus, there is a high change Koodo can provide a one time credit in this situation, and we heard that happened before. Please call and discuss this with Koodo support instead
