Hi there, I was trying to setup mobile plan on my galaxy watch 5, but it is having an issue for adding or managing watch on my plan.

although PM has eSIM support, but it's eSIM won't work on Galaxy watch or Apple Watch.
To support smart watch, other than eSIM, the carrier has to invest more into the infrastructure (servers and software) which PM does not have
Sorry, to have a plan setup with your Galaxy Watch, you have to activate with Telus or other Tier 1 providers (Bell, Virgin Mobile, Rogers)
** yes, Virgin is the only Tier 2 provider with Galaxy Watch support
