I paid for my prepaid service last month for my Public mobile service, but subscribed and got my number ported in to Koodo network during the first week of my new payment month.
Can I get the refund that I paid for Public mobile services which I haven't used?

@Vamsib In most cases, you would not be able to get a refund for this type of thing but because you went to Koodo you're still technically in the Telus family so that worked out pretty good for you. To contact the CS agent you would need to click on the link below:

(note: you will need to be logged into your Community account for this link to work)

Also, while I was subscribing to koodo, sales person took the PM account number for the refund.
Hello. here's how.
To submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Type Customer Service and follow the prompts. If you are having any issues, here is a direct link by sending a private message

hi @Vamsib while PM does not provide refund, you are lucky you ported to Koodo. as both Koodo and PM are owned by Trlud.
We heard that sometimes Koodo could provide a one time credit in case like this . So, check with Koodo support

@Vamsib Public Mobile does not give prorated refunds for unused days left as these are all prepaid accounts, only post-paid carriers typically offer refunds. Since you have left Public Mobile I would recommend that you unsubscribe from your account so that you do not have any more charges going forward. You might want to even contact a CS agent and ask them to remove your credit card from your account just to be sure

Hello @Vamsib
Usually Public Mobile doesn't do refunds on prepaid service. If you ported out to another service, that is your choice. Public Mobile will not do a refund.
