Hi,
I never received the physical sim card for public mobile that I ordered on May 14th,2026. Since I have been here for a month only; since I'm a visitor to Canada. I'd like to request public mobile to issue me a refund for the purchase I made.
Should I wait to hear back from public mobile team or should I dispute with my credit card provider?

If you are NOT planning to open a plan with Telus/Koodo/PM. You may want you dispute the charges if you return to Canada but best to ask for a refund with a CS_Agent.
But how did you pay for the SIM? PM only accept Canadian CC or debit cards.

While refund on plan that is not fully activated is possible, sim card orders are usually non- refundable. But check with PM CS agent directly . Private message CS Agent at:
