Hello, I paid for a service and a Sim card on Aug.20th. Public Mobile received the funds on Aug. 20th.2023 I got my sim card a few days later. But have been trying for three months to activate it. Just now was able to get to the finish setup page. And I cannot get setup. . Now all I want is a refund for the service I never received. Please help.

Did you use the PM app to activate your SIM?
If you used the app then it could be a provisional/backend is with the SIM which you need to contact a CS_Agent to easily fix for you at:
