Refund for previous eSIM and purchase of new Esim

I purchased an esim and unfortunately had to move back to my old phone so the eSIM was no longer valid. I was under the impression that because I’ve already purchased a sim, there would be a 5 dollar credit on my account in order to get a replacement one and load that onto my old phone. I was charged $5 again and would like to receive a refund for that purchase. I have also received my new phone and would like to transfer over my sim but don’t wanna pay an ADDITIONAL $5 to load it up on this new phone. Is there a simpler way to transfer it as opposed to consistently asking for refund?

Awesome! I appreciate it! I just submitted a refund request so hopefully it works and I can get an eSIM without having to pay $18 for 3 separate Sims!

Enjoy your thanksgiving guys! Truly appreciate the help 🙂

hi @H3R0

you order the new eSIM at the right place.  The system supposed to make it $0, but sometimes you didn't meet some condition and hence it will still charge you $5.  However, PM support agent usually can credit you back at their discretion.

that is the right way and only way

the system sometimes would still ask for $5, pay first and ask for PM to reimburse after

Is there a specific way I’m supposed to order a new eSIM? Currently I’m going into

account > purchase SIM card > continue with eSIM ($5)

and that’s where it’s telling me I will be charged $5.

if you have paid $5 eSIM once, subsequent one should be free as long as it is reasonable.  Ask PM.
