I was charged $36 on September 29th for my old plan of 50 GB of data, then on October 4 I changed my subscription to the 100 GB plan and paid another $50

Do I not get credit for the $36 I paid under my old plan that I used for only a days?

This is common that you are charge for both plans if you clicked on to change the plan NOW since PM is a prepaid service. If you clicked on to change the plan on your NEXT RENEWAL DATE. You will be charge for the plan for the new plan on the renewal date.

It will be up to a CS_Agent to determine whether a refund is warranted. So click on the Chat icon then type in Submit a Ticket then Contact.

You used Change Now option and that is how it will be.  You should have use Change On Renewal option to schedule the plan change on renewal.  With Change Now, PM takes the new plan charge to start the new plan and it won't give prorated credit of the old one.  Sorry
