Hi, I recently received an iPhone replacement, and I tried to transfer my eSIM, but it didn’t work. Since I already returned my old phone, I can’t verify my previous number now. I think I may need to purchase a new eSIM, but I’m not sure how to proceed.
Could you please guide me on what I should do next?
Thank you
i can’t use calling, message.

Hi, download the Public Mobile App to your new phone and go to purchase SIM card, purchase eSIM. It will allow to keep your phone number.
If you cannot receive the 2Fa code, ask it to send again to your email.
If you still have difficulty ask PM for help.

Hello.
Simple. Just click on didn't get the code and have it sent to your email or voicemail. Call from another phone and retrieve the code and you can go from there.
If you don't have those options, reach a csa this way.
