Refund for overpayment

I overpaid on my account by about $100. How do I get a refund for the credit balance on my account?

If you can see all those overpaid funds on your PM account, I would suggest to leave them there as they will be used on next renewal.

You could ask for actual refund but it will take time to get it and you will get even more frustrated. Your money is not lost, you just prepaid in advance...

Refunds is not guaranteed since PM is a prepaid system.  You could contact CSA, but YMMV.  Refunds also take several weeks for process.  As long as it is in your available balance, you can use the funds for the next several months payments.  

As mentioned above, contact CSA, but YMMV.

You would be better off to leave the credit for your next payment.  There is no guarantee of a refund but you could submit a ticket.
