Hi, I paid for the month of December and cancelled the service with my phone number also. Is it possible to get a refund or resume the service for this month? I contacted customer service but haven't received a reply. Thank you.

@thanman3 Are you moving your number to another provider? If so, your Public Mobile account needs to be active or the transfer will not work without you resuming PM service. Normally there are no pro-rated refunds as per the Service Terms at the bottom of this page, which is why people are usually advised to port their number out a few days before renewal date.

@thanman3 typically no refunds , but if you don’t port the number out and only turned off auto subscribe you should be able to resume the service by logging into your account and making manual payment again , but since you already submitted ticket
