Hello,
I paid my monthly payment just today for my pre-paid plan. How can I get refund if I don't want to be a customer of Public Mobile any more?

@SeSe Pre-authorized payments could fail, it could be a problem with your credit card but could also be a problem on PM's side. In this case, yee it failed and you didn't the correct thing to make a payment to resume to servie.
Sound like you are not happy with the service now as Pre-authorized payment failed. However, it is not possible to ask for a refund of the payment you just made. PM is. prepaid provider and no refund is allowed.
If you still think you want to cancel the service, you will have to login to My account and disable Pre-authorized payments. Or if you wish to keep the phone number, you will then need to activate an account with another provider and request porting the number over, once ported out, your PM account will be closed

You can't get a refund. Your plan will work until the end of the 30 days. If you don't want to be a customer of Public Mobile any more, there wasn't a reason to pay. Is it because you want to port out?

I agree with @dust2dust, why did you renew another month of payment if you want to stop service?
That doesn’t make sense unless you mean something else.
If you don’t want PM service just disable AutoPay and remove your CC information and let it lapse for 90 days to cancel service or port your number to another carrier.

Maybe I'm confused. You seem to have said that you made a manual payment after the autopay failed which would have renewed your plan. So what have you paid and are your services working?

I am sorry, I don't understand what you mean. What I renewed?

Why did you have to? It sounds like your wish came true. But then you renewed? Now you have another 30 days. Turn off the pre-authorized payment and let it suspend in 30 days from now.

I set up the pre-authorized payments and it clearly showed the following: pre-authorized payments are enabled. But today I got SMS: We tried to process your Autopay renewal but something went wrong. Please make a one-time payment at *611. I had to make the payment manually.

Why did you pay the renewal? You would have needed to turn off autopay or transfer your number out. Do you want to keep the number anywhere? Can you log in to your account? Do you remember your 4 digit account pin?
