Refund accidental purchase

Accidental purchase can't seem to talk to a real human being. This is one of the main reasons why I did not want to go with this company. You can't talk to a physical person. Need refund. Had accidental purchase. Never activated my line would really really really really, really and honestly like to actually talk to someone is a physical human

I'm wondering how you could make a PM purchase without first successfully activating a PM account...what did you accidentally buy ?

PM has no traditional call center type of help...the PM Community Forum will be the first line of help. We'll find a solution or guide you to correct resource. To be honest...the Forum is likely faster at getting you help than any off-shore call center. The Community Forum is made up with users like you and me, but usually much smarter than you and me. I've had a PM account since 2017 and watched the evolution of the Community...am really surprised at how fast we can fix a wide range of issues that come up. Before you give up on PM..why not give it a try, you're only committed for 30 days and there's no penalty for leaving PM if you chose to leave. Whenever you have questions or run into prob's...just come here to the Community Forum for help 24/7.

support agent are nice and will usually cancel the transaction and put the funds back .  Please check with them
