I have recently deactivated my public mobile account and transferred to a new network. However, I put funds in my public mobile account prior to doing this, which would have topped up my next month. Now that I won’t be topping it up next month, how do I get a refund back? Furthermore, my account has been disabled, does that mean the payment information within my account has been deleted as well?

There are no refunds. Everything here is prepaid. Your account closed automatically when you ported out. Choose chat bubble in lower right hand corner to contact to a CSA. No guarantees for a refund.
