I can’t make calls nor receive calls. Same with messages. Called my old provider, said it was active. I don’t know why this happens, and it’s been a week now, I stopped receiving messages from work. sigh

Can you confirm if your PM sim connected to the network? Can make outgoing calls ? Data works?
It is porting problem if you just cannot receive incoming calls. But if not connection to the network at all, it is sim provisioning

It’s been a week already and no help, no solutions that are working. Imagine checking and logging in multiple times a day, doing the same process to confirm your identity but it just always ends like that. Phone still no service. Very inconvenient. @CS_Agent

i didn’t know it can be this frustrating :(. just need the money back now because i’ve been gone for days without phone service and only depends on work wifi. very inconvenient. i’ve been trying to message them for how many times already within the past days, still got no reply or anything. thanks tho.

Message them to try to get the service working, and ask for refund if they cannot help
