I purchased a subscription with Public Mobile, only to discover right afterward that my phone does not support an eSIM. Unfortunately, because it was the last day of my existing phone plan, I was unable to complete the activation process with Public Mobile and had to renew my service with my previous provider instead, at least for the next month.
As I was unable to use your service, I would appreciate information on how to request a refund, as well as the expected timeline for processing it.
Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you! That's great information and yes, there is a Mobile Klink in my town, so I'll head there to get a Public Mobile SIM card from them and follow up on crediting my account.

you can buy a hard sim on Amazon, then activate your new plan closer to the end of your current plan expiry date. If you have a Prime account, they ship for free. If there's a Mobile Klink in your area, they usually have the Public Mobile sim cards available too. I'm sure Public Mobile could credit your new account for the added sim costs.
