HI @356East if you are the one referring , login to My Account and check if you see a new entry for your friend referral. (if you are on new rewards system, you will only see a $1 increase from before)
and if you are the one who got referred to join, you will see the $10 in your account in 72 hours

Are you the referee or the referer ? Only the referee gets the $10 credit applied to their account.

the one who just joined should receive $10 within 72 hours, while the one who refer new friend should see a text about the new referral within 24 hours
If there is any problem on either side, have the one who just joined to open a single ticket with PM Support for both parties:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
