Came from rogers network cannot receive calls

 It’s working fine now rogers side issue was corrected

Hi @Geethike did you reply YES to a text from rogers to approve the porting. 

 

No need to open ticket wirh CS Agent, just call the porting  support group , I think @RossN already sent you the number.   Call and ask them to retrigger the text

@Geethikehi if you ported your number did you leave rogers sim in to receive transfer request? you have 90 minutes to reply yes or your port will get stuck i will send you number for telus porting dept., check your envelope for my message
