Hi , I changed my plan to the 5 GB LTE about a week before my cycle ended. Was charged full price for it but read that in 24 hours that my referral credits would apply to the account as I have $22 in monthly referral credits. It's been going on 3 days and still no credit back. Wondering what's going on. Not sure how to tag the mods in this either

When doing plan changes it is best to set it to change on next plan renewal. This way you don't lose any days with renewing early and you don't lose reward creedits as @will13am mentioned.

@anthony1987, if you do a non routine plan renewal outside of the normal scheduled renewal cycle you will not receive any credits. The system works this way because if not a customer can renew twice every 30 days and claim two rewards. Effectively, you have lost the rewards for this cycle for the early renewal. If you wish to discuss this with the moderator team, you will need to contact them via private message using this link. Your credit should turn into Available Funds, and be deducted from your plan cost (before taxes), and AutoPay should only charge your card the difference.
Did you fully top-up before your plan change? If so, the reward credits should now be listed as available funds.
