Referral code didn’t work when signing up

Referral code my husband gave me did not work when I signed up recently. Can I get some help applying this code as there is no option in the app.

Open a ticket and agent will apply referral code for you,

click the little orange bubble on lower right side of page to start process of Customer Support. Give them as much account info as you can.
