Referral code and activation

Hi,

I recently referred a friend to sign up it Public Mobile.  Unfortunately she forgot to enter my referral code during the activation steps.  She said she did not the option to enter the code.

Is it too late to apply my referral code for her activation?  She activated her plan last night.

@Jay888 your friend will need to contact a support agent, they can add it in for her and then she will see the $10 credit within 72hrs and you will get 1 point for each month that she stay on as a customer. 

Have her open a ticket through the Chatbot:

(and then type: Customer Support Agent)

@Jay888 It isn't too late. Ask your friend to contact customer service and explain what happened. They will fix it for her.
